Camilla Jos is a NYC-based apparel designer and graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology. After years working at labels in New York, she learned firsthand how impactful the fashion industry is – for better and for worse. She saw small companies being pressured by fast-fashion corporations to compete in what seemed to be a losing battle. These huge labels were hurting the environment, catering only to certain body types, and doubling down on trends, creating a world where everyone dresses the same way.
In 2020, Camilla started Camilla Valentina to redefine and reinvigorate the fashion industry with an intentional, waste-free brand. Every CV piece is made-to-order (with love!) in NYC from the most comfortable fabrics that you’ll love to wear – and that will last for years. Camilla Valentina doesn’t design for seasons; instead, each clothing drop is added to the ever-evolving catalog of The World of CV!
